Length and Format |

| i. The paper should be between 3000 to 5000 words. |
| ii. Format your paper in A4 size with margin set to 1 inch all sides. |
| iii. Use 12 point Times New Roman font for the main text, and 14 point bold for headings and subheadings. Figure and Table Captions should be written in Times New Roman font 10 point bold. (for English paper) |
| iv. Assamese font should be in Gitanjali,14 sizes, 1.5 line space with justified format in Ramdhenu Software |
| vi. The Headings and Subheadings should be left aligned with Hindi numerals, Assamese numerals or Arabic Numerals. |
Structure |

| i. Title Page: The cover page should contain the title of the paper, the author(s) name (s) and institutional affiliation(s) and contact. |
| ii. Abstract : a concise summary (250 – 300 words) outlining the main arguments, methodology and conclusions. |
| iii. Keywords: Provide 5-7 keywords that capture the essence of paper. |
| iv. Main Body: Structure the content into clear sections (e.g., Introduction, Literature Review, Methodology, Analysis, Findings, Discussion, Conclusion, Further Research etc.) |
| v. References: List all sources cited in your paper in reference section at the end. |
Citations |

| i. Use the APA style Citation for all in-text citations and references. |
| ii. Ensure all sources are properly cited to avoid plagiarism. |
Figures and Tables |

| I. Include figures and tables are necessary, clearly labelled and referenced in the text. |
| ii. figure and Table captions must be given. |
GUIDELINES FOR THE AUTHORS |

| 1. Being a peer reviewed research journal, the publication committee of the journal encourages original unpublished works having research value and characteristics. All submitted papers will therefore undergo a process of peer-reviewing & plagiarism-check. |
| 2. All Papers should be submitted by E- mail (given above) only as soft copy typed properly and neatly in English and Assamese. |
| 3. The main text of the paper should not exceed the limit of 5000 words. |
| 4. Papers should be typed in Microsoft Word(MS) with font size 12 in Times New Roman. The leading (line space) should be 1.5 |
| 5. Paper should contain an Abstract between 150 – 200 words. The keywords should not be more than 5. |
| 6. The cover page should contain the title of the article, the author's name and his/her institutional affiliation. |
| 7. The TitleShould be brief and specific (with front size 14 and cantered bold UPPERCASE letters) |
| 8. Author’s Name should be in Bold, Capitalize Each Word and font size 12. Use footnote (with Times New Roman font and font size 8) to signify designation, address, Contact number and e-mail-id of the author. If there are two or more authors, use asterisk (*) to highlight the main author of the research paper. |
| 9. All figures and tables related to the article should emerge at appropriate places and not at the end of the article. These should be referred to by their numbers (e.g. Table: 1, Figure: 3, etc.) and sources (with Times New Roman font and font size 8) have to be mentioned at the bottom of the tables and figures. The titles of the tables and figures should be concise and specific. Tables should be drawn in MS Word native format and not attached from other applications like MS Excel. Tables should be typed in Times New Roman 10 point font with Table Footnote in Times New Roman 8 point font. |
| 10. Acknowledgements, if any, should be presented at the end of the main text with Times New Roman 12 point font. |
| 11. (Once the paper is accepted for publication, all the authors of the paper need to submit a complete and signed "COPYRIGHT ASSIGNMENT FORM") |
